Oddbird, Red

A silky, ripe and dry red wine from Saint-Chinian in the south of France, vintage 2020. The GSM is characterized by its acidity and earthy notes with fruity touches. Made from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cariñena, this wine creates layers with different complexities, starting with red and black fruits, a strong entry of tannins, followed by warm ripe fruits and spices, and ending with a pleasant dryness.
