Return Policy

We do not accept returns, however, if your product has any of the following damages, you can report it to contacto@soberbar.club by following the following steps.

Types of damage:

- Product damaged as a result of carrier mishandling

- Product damaged by weather conditions

- Product seal broken upon arrival

Other damages:

- Product with expired expiration date

- Other

You must take photographs of everything upon arrival, including keeping a photographic file of how the packages arrived. Our packages travel insured so it is essential that we have photographs to be able to document damages to the insurance company or transport company.

Send an email to contacto@soberbar.club with the Title: "Damaged or Expired Product". In the body of the email send:

- Name of the person requesting

- Explanation of the damage

- Original order number

- If you request replacement or refund

- If it is a replacement, the same product will be sent, if it is not available, you will be asked if you want an alternative product or a refund.

-For refund, the bank details of those who need the refund will be requested

We appreciate your patience since it is difficult to work with commercial parcels with some of the products we handle, we are always looking for the best solution and if for any reason our choice of transport company was not the best we will be 100% responsible.
