Made with pilsner malt, oats and roasted barley malts which provide the dark color and flavors of cocoa and roasted coffee beans, the Columbus hop variety is distinguished by its citrus and herbal aromas. The oats serve to give it a little body because since it does not have alcohol it could feel very very light and the coffee to give it more aromatic punch and toasted flavors. Stouts are a style in which alcohol is always very prominent, however we managed to make a non-alcoholic stout that tastes like a stout, partly thanks to the use of oats and coffee beans.

Made with barley malts (pilsner base and specialty malts) Loral Hops, which is characterized by the aromatic contribution of white flowers, a specialized yeast which only feeds on simple sugars such as glucose, fructose and sucrose, which results from the maceration of the malt and not from the more complex fermentable sugars as any other yeast usually would, for this reason the alcohol content is very low. It is a yeast that can be classified in the family of Ale beers (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) but with a variety (chevalieri) that distinguishes it from any yeast of its own family, organoleptically it is very expressive in aromas (spices and honey) and can be fermented From 15°C to 25°C we do it at 18°C ​​to reduce spicy aromas. It has Pasteurization to prolong shelf life.

Inspired by old school IPAs, this non-alcoholic beer captures the authentic spirit of traditional IPAs. It presents distinctive aromas of pine and resin, which transport us to a fresh forest after a light rain. In the mouth, there is a pronounced, herbaceous and clean bitterness that satisfies the most demanding palates. It is a flavor experience that recalls the classic essence of an IPA but adapted to those looking for alcohol-free alternatives.
