This is a sweeter drink, a little acidic but light, perfect for an afternoon with friends at home. We recommend having the strawberry syrup made beforehand so that you can prepare this drink as many times as you want. If you prefer a less sweet drink, you can also marinate the strawberries in the Rosso for a few hours and serve the macerated Rosso.

Recipe

Ingredients:

50ml of Rosso from @runneght

30ml ginger kefir from @probioma.mx

15ml lemon juice

15ml strawberry flavor syrup (natural)

Preparation mode:

  1. For the strawberry syrup: 1 cup of sugar with 8 fresh chopped strawberries in a pot with water that only covers it, put on low heat for 30 minutes, mixing constantly until it becomes a semi-viscous syrup consistency. Separate solids and cool, store in a bottle with a lid in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
  2. Alternative: Marinate chopped strawberries in the Rosso for 4 hours to obtain the strawberry aroma or use a similar bitter instead of the strawberry.
  3. In a mixer with ice, shake your lemon juice, strawberry syrup and Rosso and shake for about 30 seconds.
  4. Serve in a glass with ice and fill to the top with your Ginger Kefir.
  5. Decorate with strawberry
